For bugs, include your device, browser, game mode and what happened. For statistics, include the player’s name, season and a source link. Add a reply email if you want us to contact you. Never include passwords or payment information.

Missing saved progress? Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account on both devices. Guest play does not create a saved online account. For Safari or an in-app browser, opening the game directly in Safari or Chrome can help retain sign-in.
